Good Harbor Land Group is a privately-owned family company that combines over 20 years of project management and real estate investment expertise.
We’re from Michigan and only work in our home state. To date, we have completed land investment and improvement projects in 19 Michigan counties, mostly in the Northwest quadrant of the Lower Peninsula and the central Upper Peninsula. This regional focus yields important advantages, including a thorough understanding of market values and conditions as well as close relationships with local governments, surveyors, earth workers, title companies and realtors.
